Founder of Colagem Travel, mother of 2 and a travel enthusiast. She has taken more than 60 Disney Cruises. She has sailed all 8 Disney ships and almost all of Disney’s itineraries. She is Pearl Castaway Club and excited about all the new ships being built. She has visited the parks in Orlando, California, Tokyo, and Paris and is an annual passholder of Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando. She founded Colagem Travel in 2014 and lives in Orlando, Florida, USA.
Theresa Konno
Theresa has lived in Michigan since 2010 with her husband and daughter, but spends part of the year in Florida. She was a Disney parks guide for 9 years and has made more than 70 trips to Disney World. She has sailed almost every Disney ship (only the Adventure left!) and is Platinum Castaway Club. She has stayed at nearly all of the Disney World resorts and loves RunDisney. She is a Walt Disney World passholder and DVC member. She joined the team in 2018.
Taiane Mattison
Taiane lives in Hornell, NY and has loved Disney since she was a child. She loves to travel and to help friends with their trip plans and itineraries — that’s how she became an agent. She has 2 daughters who also love Disney, especially Disney Cruises. She has sailed several Disney ships and is always planning her next cruise. She is Gold in the Castaway Club program and is very excited Disney Cruise Line is going back to NY. She joined our team in 2024.
Julia Misura
Julia is the youngest on the team and lives in Orlando, Florida. She grew up taking several Disney cruises a year starting at age 7, and has sailed almost every ship (only the Adventure left — and she’ll be on it later this year!). She is Pearl Castaway Club. She is a Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando annual passholder, and has also visited the parks in California, Tokyo, and Paris. Joined the team in 2025.
Jaqueline Gomes
Jaqueline lives in Celebration, Forida. She is a mother of 2 and has visited the parks in Orlando, California, and Paris. With degrees in Tourism and Law, she shares her travels on the blog “Família Itinerante” and loves exploring the world with her family. She is a Gold Castaway Club member (almost Platinum!) and a Walt Disney World Annual Passholder. She joined the team in 2025.
